Meet Alexandra
Occupational Therapist, Somatic Practitioner & Parent Coach
In my practice, I take a holistic, family-centered approach to care. By integrating occupational therapy with my somatic and parenting lenses, we create powerful, lasting change in our goal areas, quickly. I offer comprehensive, wraparound care that includes your whole family. Let’s create magic together.
I am a board-certified and licensed occupational therapist born and residing in Los Angeles. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Arts in Occupational Therapy. I specialize in sensory integration, as well as somatic work focused on creating a conscious, connected relationship with the body and nervous system.
While at USC and throughout my career, I sought out extensive training in DIR/Floortime, Sensory Integration Theory and Practice, and somatics. Through my holistic practice, I help children reach their greatest, provide a strong support system for families, and help adults live their fullest, most authentic lives.
I can’t wait to walk this journey with you.

"Alexandra has been working with my 3-year-old daughter this past year. I've seen such an improvement in my daughter's abilities as well as her frustration tolerance to try new and hard tasks. Alexandra makes OT so much fun. My daughter looks forward to her OT time with Alexandra all week! Alexandra is constantly updating me on her progress and sharing with me ways that I can practice at home."

"Alexandra has been working with my daughter for about 6 months. In that time, we have seen consistent progress in her self-regulation and social skills. Alex has a way of connecting with children that is so authentic and special. Alex has always included us in the progress with weekly updates and tools we can use in our own home. IIf you're looking for an OT you just struck gold!"

"My kids have been working with Alex over the last 9 months and have learned so much about how to regulate their bodies. As a parent, I love knowing the tools my kids have been taught to use, and communicating with Alex is always easy and pleasant. She is very knowledgable in her field and teaches me techniques to practice with my kids at home."
